Mr. Shailendra Awasthi
Since the inception of the company, he has been the key driving force leading to the success of the company. An Extremely passionate individual who strongly believes in achieving the excellence in the task in hand.
As a whole time Managing Director of the company, Mr. Awasthi provides strategic guideline to formulate the robust development plans for the growth of the company. His technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the poultry industry has always been helpful for the team to aim and achieve excellence.
MRS. Shilpi AWASTHI
Mrs. Shilp Awasthi holds the position of Director of Supreme leading the support functions in the organization. She heads Accounts & Finance as well as HRD verticals in the company.
Her domain expertise helps the management team in making important financial decisions that facilitates the growth of the company. Her innovative strategies in the HRD vertical has made Supreme ‘Employer of Choice’ and significantly low employee turnover ratio.
Mr. Kiran Shinde
Mr. Kiran Shinde is a whole time director at Supreme and leads the Operations vertical of the company. He plays a key role in the organization to ensure seamless execution of the strategy to achieve Operational Excellence.
Being technical subject matter expert, Mr. Shinde guides the team to ensure highest efficiency, excellent quality and zero defect in the production. Under his guidance,
our highly capable production team exhibits on-time delivery and customer support.
