SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Resposibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer
    interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in corporate sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using sales-related tools such as Salesforce,
    HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics or any other relevant tool. and
    other sales enablement platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer
    interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in sales or marketing.
