ENGINEER
Job Description:
- Oversee the project management of the product optimization and development process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve poultry farming equipment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product designs.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and
- Manage product lifecycle from concept to production.
- Ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to sales and customer service teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Agricultural, or related field).
- Proven experience in product development and project management.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office.
