Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and regulatory requirements
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Familiarity with employee engagement and management strategies.
