Key Resposibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and regulatory requirements
- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
- Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive
situations with tact and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Familiarity with employee engagement and management
strategies.
