Key Resposibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers,invoices, receipts, and financial statements
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations,and company policies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Conduct internal audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Generate financial reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and
regulations. - Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and adavnced Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CMA.
- Experience in the poultry equipment or related industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced financial analysis tools.
