ENGINEER
Key Resposibilities
- Develop detailed designs for new products and modify existing designs to enhance performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D,
production, and quality assurance to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability - Create and maintain technical drawings, CAD models, and
documentation. - Conduct design reviews and provide technical support
throughout the product development lifecycle. - Analyze and troubleshoot design-related issues, proposing
effective solutions - Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design engineering.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations,and company policies. matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in design engineering,
preferably in the manufacturing industry - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and
communicate complex technical concepts clearly - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of electrical control panels and environment control systems.
- Familiarity with automation and advanced manufacturing
technologies.
