QUALITY ENGINEER
Key Resposibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials (metals/plastic), in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design, production, and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations,and company policies.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management and
stakeholders. - Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality engineering within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in quality inspection, auditing, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
