Key Resposibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive
    situations with tact and discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Familiarity with employee engagement and management
    strategies.
